Our Pediatric Therapy Process

Below is a brief overview the Occupational Therapy process for pediatric and youth clients

1. Consultation Call

A complimentary phone or video consultation to ensure our services are a good fit for your schedule and needs.

2. Initial Assessment Meeting

A phone or video call with one of our Occupational Therapists to review your child's strengths and needs to support assessment and therapy planning

3. Assessment Block

A block of 2-4 in-person Occupational Therapy sessions to assess your child's needs to inform their therapy goals

4. Goal Planning Session

A phone or video call with your Occupational Therapists to review your child's assessment results and plan individualized goals for their therapy

5. Therapy Block

Recurring therapy sessions are booked as a block of across 6 months that includes ongoing one-to-one therapy with your Occupational Therapist to work towards your child's goals

6. Progress Review And Updated Goal Plan

After 6 months of therapy has elapsed a 1 hour meeting with your Occupational Therapist is provided to review your child's progress and plan for new goals as appropriate
